My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The room had a nice view of the Jeddah Water Fountain, but the TV was outdated. The service was a mix of friendliness and mediocrity. The location was convenient with many amenities nearby, and the dining experience was enjoyable. The facilities were decent but could be improved.
